Menus
Customized menus will be designed between you and your Catering Manager to ensure your event meets your desires. All brides will be offered the opportunity to experience our Chef's unique food tasting, four to six weeks prior to the wedding date. Prices are current and may be confirmed six months prior to the wedding. Package pricing includes all applicable taxes and service charges. Additional charges will be specified.
Beverages
Our Sommelier will select wines to complement menu creations; however, wines of choice can be arranged by speaking with the Catering Manager.
Deposit and Payment
To secure a date, a signed contract and deposit are required. Deposits are non-refundable. A full estimated pre-payment of the event is due ten days prior to the wedding.
Guarantees
Final attendance, with a detailed seating chart, will be completed with your Catering Manager 72 hours prior to the wedding.
Ceremony Arrangements
Wedding ceremonies may be arranged in a private room and coordinated with your Catering Manager.
Guestroom Reservations
A complimentary Bridal Suite is provided for the bride and groom on the evening of their wedding. Your Catering Manager will be able to arrange guestrooms for out-of-town guests. Directional cards may also be organized with our catering department. Kindly contact your Catering Manager to coordinate your needs.
Auxiliary Services
A cloakroom is available at an additional charge. Valet parking is available at an additional charge per automobile.
