Gregory Hyder brings a wealth of experience as Meeting Consultant at The Peninsula Chicago. Tennessee native Gregory Hyder has been Director of Catering and Conference Services at The Peninsula Chicago since 2000. With over 18 years of experience in the industry and numerous awards under his belt, Gregory oversees all functions, from formal galas to small business gatherings and draws on impressive credentials in event organisation. He has coordinated countless key events for VIP clients, created private dinner parties for the Bush and Clinton families, and collaborated with renowned chef Georges Perrier of Le Bec Fin. With the aim to make meeting planners' lives easier, Gregory has created a "one-stop shop" so you need only coordinate directly with him from initial contact to completion of the event.
